Effective Tuesday, July 14, the Minnesota Housing Commitment System Guides converted to webpages. The Fix Up Loan Program System Guide is no longer a PDF but is now a webpage that contains all of the same great information and guidance. The Commitment System Guide webpage is still located on the Home Improvement Programs Lender Training webpage.
Safe at Home Training
Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Services are administered by the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. Join Minnesota Housing and a representative from the Secretary of State Office on Monday, July 20 from 1-2 p.m. to learn more about this service and tips for working with borrowers who are Safe at Home participants.
